Excited by the idea of CrossFit but a little nervous to jump straight in? We designed our Functional Bootcamp to show you what CrossFit is all about in a 6 week intake! You will learn all the movements we use in our mainstream CrossFit classes in this course and meet lots of other people wanting to learn the same thing at the same time!
Each aspect of the session is adjustable to cater for all levels of ability. This course is run in a ‘class’ style setting with 2 extremely knowledgeable coaches who work simultaneously so you can feel confident knowing you will always be looked after during your session.
