Joining Tasman Bay CrossFit isn’t like joining a regular gym. Rather, it’s much more like joining a sports-team. Your teammates and your coaches will challenge you to bring your best performance to each and every session you attend, we’ll work together to overcome any adversity you face, and you’ll regularly have the opportunity to track and monitor your progress.

1. Try your first class free!

We can never stress enough that CrossFit is for everybody! Our coaches are experts in functional movement and will safely guide you through your first class. 

We offer a free first class by arrangement.

Already done some CrossFit before? The best way to learn about Tasman Bay CrossFit is to experience it for yourself. This way you can see what the community here is all about!

2. Want to talk to a coach first?

Meet with one of our team; check out the facilities and go over what we do here at Tasman Bay CrossFit. ​ If you like what you see, here we can book you in for a first class free & check out what sort of membership suits.

3. On Ramp.

To ensure that new and first-time Crossfitters can safely and effectively perform the movements we prescribe, we ask all new members to complete our “On Ramp” course.

4. Start your journey with us.

 

After you’ve completed your On-Ramp course, you’ll have all the skills you need to participate in Tasman Bay CrossFit’s CrossFit classes.
You get expert coaching at every session and one-on-one help whenever you need it. When you become a member of Tasman Bay CrossFit, you get access to our classes, open gym times, and specialty classes. Plus we have no long term contracts.
